Responsibilities:
- Create and manage work orders for various projects.
- Conduct investigative work to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with accurate data.
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to address their concerns and provide support.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
