We’re hiring an Administrative Support Specialist for our Medford office. This entry-level opportunity offers the right individual to start a career in business management, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Payroll. This individual reports directly to the Area Manager and will support our business teams in providing our products and services to our clients.
Work experience requirements:
- At least one year of work in a professional office environment that included heavy customer interface.
- Experience with office equipment such as multi-line phone, computer, copier/printer, fax machine, etc.
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and mainframe software programs/navigation.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving initiative.
- Ownership mentality for project follow-through.
- Team collaboration.
- Previous exposure to HR, Recruiting, Risk & Safety Management, or Payroll activities is a plus.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Facility access (open/close) and security safeguarding.
- Phone an office reception management.
- Coordination of employee onboarding activities, including drug screening and new hire paperwork.
- Office supply management.
- In-office event management, including room scheduling and food/beverage arrangements.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Job Status: Full-time, non-exempt hourly
Hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm
Compensation: $18-22/hour, plus Profit Share program eligibility
