JOB TITLE: Administrative Support Specialist
JOB SUMMARY: The Administrative Support Specialist will report to the Manager, Administrative Support Team who is responsible for all administrative functions including Accounting, IT, and HR. This new role will support all aspects of the business, (domestic and international) ranging from high level confidential assignments to routine administrative level duties across multiple operational focus points.
Hours: Between 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; M-F (100% in-office)
Pay: $ 28.00 - $34.00 per hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043 (near 47th Ave and W. Van Buren St)
Type: Direct hire
Start date: Immediately after passing background check

DUTIES
- Serve as the internal SharePoint system administrator and facilitator.
- Manage and maintain the Safety Management System, safety training system and all pertinent records.
- Manage and maintain facility maintenance vendor accounts.
- Manage and maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Support and augment routine accounting functions on an as-needed basis.
- Manage and facilitate resolution of escalated delinquent customer accounts.
- Prepare and/or assist others in routine and ad-hoc operational and financial data collection and reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- AS/BS in Business related field preferred, with consideration for extensive and relative experience.
- 5 years minimum business related work experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint & Adobe tools required.
- ERP experience strongly preferred, minimum experience in basic accounting software required.
- Clean criminal record & valid driver's license (no driving required for this position).
- Ability to perform activities accurately and timely.
- Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information.
- Background check required.
