A full-service certified public accounting and business consulting firm in Portland, Maine is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our fast-paced, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal teams and external clients
Assemble and process tax returns, financial statements, and letters with precision
Format bills for managers and partners
Assist the business and professional development managers in a variety of projects
Set up new clients in our systems and ensure seamless onboarding
Manage special projects that arise, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard
What You’ll Bring:
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment
Tenacity to learn and master new software programs
A collaborative spirit with a client-service focus—always ready to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients alike
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
**there may be some overtime during tax season**
Location: 100% onsite in Portland, ME
After 1 year of good standing employment there may be an opportunity for hybrid flexibility
Pay: $20-25/hr
