Responsibilities & Duties:
- Performs confidential administrative duties for Human Resource and Executive management team, utilizing broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices
- Work with HR and executive team to coordinate company sponsored events
- Schedules and coordinates meetings including logistics, accommodations, and meal service for executive team
- Must be able to prepare and distribute materials for meetings including consolidation of materials into single presentations when necessary
- Handle travel arrangement for executive management team
- Handles travel arrangements for candidates, and incoming visitors to our manufacturing campus
- Assist with other administrative and office facility functions as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant position, providing business and administrative support
- Proficient with MS Office to include: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Database, etc.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Willingness to learn
