What are we looking for?

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality of interim and final test reports, updating and maintaining quality reports and statistics, and assisting with maintaining documentation for quality systems. This will be done by following defined templates or existing procedures under close supervision to ensure information quality is maintained at a high level.

Shift/Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday

What you'll do:

• Review test reports using a template to ensure data quality and evaluate test validity.
• Communicate data quality or test validity errors to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow up.
• Maintain and communicate existing test data and quality metrics and statistics.
• Perform interim test updates using existing templates.
• Assist with quality system maintenance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Requires mathematical aptitude with an existing foundation in Algebra at a minimum.
• Requires excellent reading comprehension and the ability to follow written instructions.
• Requires the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts both verbally and in writing.
• Requires a detail orientated individual who can maintain focus on multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Requires an individual who can work across multiple departments in a positive manner.
• Requires a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word.
