With tremendous experience, our partners have developed deep roots in Central Oregon and strive to provide exceptional service to our clients and our community. Our firm offers tax preparation and planning services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts as well as accounting and consulting services.
What to know: This position begins October 21, 2024, with a Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm work schedule. This is an in-office position. Primary job responsibilities include assembly of tax returns, auxiliary front desk support, client service, client billing, and administrative support with preparation of mailings and filings. The hours will increase during the busy season of January 1 to April 15 each year. However, we work hard to provide the team with four-day work weeks during the summer season.
Job Must-Have’s
· Strong computer and general IT skills, especially in Word, Excel and Adobe.
· Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Responds independently to inquiries and resolves problems within the scope of authority.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
· Ability to work under time constraints and manage a large volume of material with high attention to detail.
· Ability to set priorities, initiate work, and meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
· Ability to learn quickly and problem solve effectively.
· Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
· Sound judgment in maintaining confidentiality of information.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus and a positive attitude.
