- Strong Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Experience with Learning Management System or System of Record
- Data Entry Experience
- Proven Self Starter and ability to work accurately with little supervision
- Excellent written communication skills
- TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES: Microsoft Office, including Teams
- Curate existing content to create Learning Paths
- Test digital training content for functional quality assurance
- Support the content publishing process by building and configuring digital and blended learning courses
- Assess existing LMS content and ensure content relevance and consistency
- Maintain accurate and timely input of training records, signoffs, and certifications
