As one of the few manufacturers that design, develop and produce all components of watches, including the hairspring of its mechanical movements, the company offers a series of collections available worldwide that incorporate traditional Japanese design combined with the very best of watchmaking technology in the Seiko, Grand Seiko, and Credor brands.Seiko Advertising Budget Administrator - Temporary PositionResponsibilitiesDaily bookkeeping and maintenance of marketing budgetTrack, input, and report Co-Op Advertising claims utilizing Ansira software systemPreparation of Budget Flash reports, Accruals, and Cash Flow reports for advertising and marketing-related expensesPreparation of Capital Expenditures reportingCreation of new skus and purchase orders within internal systemProofing, review, and coding of invoices Processing of chargebacks and rebillsSupport Marketing and Finance teams with new vendor setupsProvide additional financial support to the Marketing & Sales teamsResponsible for preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end advertising and marketing budget reporting with accuracyPreparation of monthly and quarterly reporting with accuracyAd-Hoc reporting as neededSupport internal auditing needs as well as external auditing partner requestsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or AccountingProficiency with NetSuite softwareExperience with various ERP systems is a plusHigh-level expertise in Excel is a mustMicrosoft Office proficiencyWorking knowledge of Ansira is a plus but not a requirementExcellent project organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Great communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with various departments and external partnersExcellent analytical skills and time-management skillsStrong financial acumen with knowledge of accounting, cash management, forecasting, and budgetingAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
