Overview:Under general supervision of the Treasury Manager, the Banking Administrator is responsible for the management and oversight of various Treasury functions and Banking relationships with all contracted banks by PDS.
Responsibilities
Ensure proper documentation and workflows are created and maintained for certain Treasury and Banking functions, including creation and maintenance of policies and procedures in anticipation of SOX-level internal controls environment.
Manage the process of opening new bank accounts, ensuring the banks open and provide the correct products/services for each account, and oversee the process to have the accounts created in Oracle timely and accurately, including periodic monitoring and updates as needed.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve Treasury and Banking processes for greater operational efficiency, as well as minimize risk of error and research time.
Assist in research, design, and implementation of the unused/unimplemented portions of our Oracle Cash Management module.
Perform daily Banking duties, including reporting deposits and withdrawals from the prior day to the appropriate audience(s), initiating wire transfers for Executive review/approval, initiating account transfers across PDS accounts, monitoring Positive Pay transactions for ACH and Checks, reviewing daily auto-debits for appropriateness.
Performing monthly Banking duties, including pulling monthly bank statements in PDF and CSV format, providing additional information as needed to Treasury Accounting for completion of monthly JE’s.
Performing ad-hoc Banking duties, including pulling special request bank statements, assisting with cash vault inquiries, and other team member inquiries, and administering banking application user access and security.
Prepare and submit various daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for Executive management review, including monthly Wire Transfer reports, bank analysis fees, Fraud Prevention savings analysis.
Collaborate with the Treasury Accounting and Office Reconciliation teams on projects, issues and other tasks, as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/Finance in lieu of degree 5+ years of experience
4+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Treasury function
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
Experience with Oracle FMS Cash Management and Cloud Based solutions
Knowledge of EPIC software applications
High volume background in banking and accounting
Project Management experience
Power BI development and usage
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Salary Information:$66,560.00-$99,506.00 / Annually
