The Administrator, Carrier Development is responsible for support and administrative functions for the Network Managers and Carrier Development team. They will assist with company initiatives, vendor training, onboarding, setup, and continued assistance for our network partners.

- Assist Carrier Development team in all facets of vendor management. This includes document distribution, collection, and carrier setup within EFW’s operating system.
- Work with Network Management team to recruit, train and implement new vendors to support EFW business activities as necessary.
- Develop new tools and resources to gain efficiency and improve processes within EFW vendor management and network development.
- Assist with audit and reporting to ensure all required documents are maintained and up to date in the vendor master files for EFW and Government compliance.
- Understand the EFW carrier development team operations system and capabilities as it relates to vendor management including rates, selection, and payment.
- Provide guidance, procedures, and communication to various operations groups on the utilization of approved carriers.
- Participate in regular compliance reviews of vendor contracts and relationships, including scorecard metrics and QBR’s.
- Understand EFW communication methods with vendors including, portal, EDI, API and email processes.
- Main point of contact for training, questions, and execution for vendors within EFW vendor portal.
- Assist with all TSA regulations regarding the Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program and all other regulatory authorities regarding the movement of Estes Forwarding business.
- Will comply with company C-TPAT security procedures.

- Drive, support, and implement all initiatives driven by the EFW Strategic Plan.
- Collaborate with various departments to establish best practices and promote cross training and cross functional team building.
- Maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote team satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for adhering to and actively participating in EFW’s standard Performance Management process.
- Ensure safety methods and programs are implemented and maintained.
- Support and promote company core values.

SUPERVISION
Position functions semi-autonomously and has no direct reports.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, procurement, project management or other transportation business or activity with a clear understanding of multiple modes and services within the transportation/logistics industry. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

Periodic travel up to 25% required.
