Salary: $120K - $130K; Depending on experience

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

• Ensuring the nursing home follows code requirements, and explaining policies and regulations to staff, residents, and visitors.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establish rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
• Prepare clear and concise oral and written reports.

Qualifications of the Administrator:

• Must have Delaware Administrator license
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of current Nursing Home Administrator experience
• Must have experience in long-term care
• Must be a self-starter and energetic
• Ability to effectively communicate, direct, and delegate tasks
• Strong leadership and managerial skills in healthcare setting
