As the Administrator in Training, you will:
… complete 3 months of training by working with one of our Executive Director Preceptors. The Administrator in Training (AIT) is a paid training position that meets the requirements for an Administrator in Training program.
What you’ll do here:
- Spend time training in all the essential functions of an assisted living community as required for completion of the AIT program
- Work with the Preceptor to ensure compliance with all rules, laws, regulations, policies and procedures within the community
- Ensure a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community
- Additional duties as assigned
We’d love to talk if:
- You have a High School Diploma or GED
- You are willing to work at any of our Ohio communities, which may require relocation
- You have exceptional problem solving and time management skills
- You can work a full shift, come to work on time and work up to the 10 daily hours allowed in the AIT program as needed
- You have the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position
- You care about serving seniors
- You have strong relationship building skills

Salary Range: $55000 - $63000, Based on experience.
