Administrator in Training (AIT) - River Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Administrator in Training:

You will receive practical on-the-job training and mentorship in our skilled nursing facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

You will gain a thorough understanding of the following:

• Our culture, operating model, systems and what it takes to be a successful leader. You will take on projects and real responsibilities at your host facility after mastering the fundamentals of our business.
• The survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.
• Reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing center administration.
• The laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.

Requirements: 

• Must have completed a bachelors degree (preferably in Health Administration, Business administration, or related field)
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.
• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
