Responsibilities:Your Journey as an Administrator in Residency:
- Hands-On Experience: Gain invaluable hands-on experience, honing your ability to organize the facility's functions through efficient departmentalization and delegation.

- Must be willing to relocate within the states Diversicare operates
- Applicants must meet the state education and experience requirements to participate in Diversicare’s Administrator in Residency Program
- Applicants must be of good moral character and physically able to perform duties
- Must have excellent people skills and be able to engage and connect with guests, families, team members, and other leaders.
- Proven ability to utilize strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center
