About the Job
Looking for an experienced, career-oriented administrator who brings a high level of customer service and compassion to our in-office operations. The right candidate will be self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We are looking for a professional with excellent communication abilities to interact with both internal and external clients. They must have a keen attention to detail and high computer aptitude, with the ability to think critically and solve problems.
This role will also work an average of two Saturdays per month.
We are a growing company in the industry with a long history of rewarding talent for performance and contributions. We offer extensive training in all aspects of the role, including computer database maintenance, order processing, support for our sales and operations team, and some client interface.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and contract management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent data entry skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
- Become familiar with our industry specific client and inventory database
- Handle client inquires efficiently and professionally
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Understand and have comfort in some accounts receivable issues, convey open balances due to clients and sales staff
- Produce daily activity reports for the location to include all transactions for the day
- Assist in all office operations
- Must have reliable transportation
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum 2 years of office administration experience preferred, but other relevant experience and education will also be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook) and general computer skills.
