Salary Range: $122,500 - $158,000 Annually
Position Summary:
The Long-Term Care (LTC) Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents. This role involves overseeing staff, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and the community.

Position Summary:
The Long-Term Care (LTC) Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents. This role involves overseeing staff, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and the community.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the LTC facility.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided, making improvements as necessary.
- Prepare and manage the facility's budget, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
- Oversee billing, accounting, and financial reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure the facility complies with all federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Prepare for and coordinate regulatory inspections and audits.
- Implement corrective action plans as needed to address compliance issues.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet the needs of residents.
- Ensure high-quality care and services are provided to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
- Address and resolve resident and family concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or LTC facility.
- Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
