- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Business or related field Req
- 2-4 years Approximately 2-4 years experience developing skills outlined above Req
- Experience with insurance industry practices, risk concepts, and familiarity with insurance products is a plus. Pref
- Must possess strong analytical, communication, financial, organizational and presentation skills.
- General knowledge of financial services industry and insurance is preferred
- Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Position requires good working relationships with members of other departments, but requires most tasks to be accomplished independently
- Must be accurate with numbers
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English required to communicate effectively with members and business partners and staff at various levels.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills needed.
- Knowledge of Siebel or similar data and analytics package preferred
- Must be innovative in finding solutions and improving processes
