Are you passionate about senior living and looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity? CiminoCare, a family-owned company dedicated to providing exceptional care for seniors, is seeking a Senior Living Community Administrator for our Citrus Heights Terrace memory care facility.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the community, including overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and policies, and developing and implementing programs to enhance the daily living experience for our residents. You will also be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the community, including budgets and expenses, and serving as a liaison to the HR department.
The ideal candidate will have a hardworking and detail-oriented approach to communication and program development, as well as a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors. Previous experience in senior living or healthcare administration is preferred, but not required.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required. Five years' experience in Healthcare Administration preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and have education, training, and/or experience related to older adults. Be capable of assuring program planning, development, implementation of services to residents consistent with the community's program statement and in accordance with the residents' service plan and agreements.
