Administrator - American Medical Associates

A long term care nursing home is currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to work at their facility located in Plattsburgh, NY

Salary up to $140K  depending on experience

Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

•    Must have New York Administrator license
•    Must have extensive and current Administrator experience in long term care
•    Must be a self-starter and energetic
•    Proven leadership & management skills
•    Strong verbal & written communication skill

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
