Administrator/Production Associate at Micro Tech

Full time, first shift opportunity working Monday – Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm. This position is paying $20/HR and has room for growth and advancement internally! Looking for a motivated individual to perform general Receptionist duties on a contract to potentially hire assignment. 

• Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives
• Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
• Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
• Directing visitors to the correct office
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have great communication skills both verbal and written
• Good computer skills
• Ability to use the phone and communicate with customers and internal staff
