About the Job
TEKsystems is currently hiring for a distribution company in Swedesboro, NJ for an administrative assistant to support warehouse operations in the eCommerce department . This position will be assisting the sales and customer service teams with inquiries and incoming work requests. This position is a contract role initially with strong potential for conversion.
Schedule Details:
- Monday-Thursday
- Shift: 4am-4pm
- OT available
Description:
- Organize and compile sample orders
- Communicate with customer service regarding requests
- Interact with inventory regarding stock levels
- Order process coordination with WMS systems
- Handling inquiries and incoming work requests from sales and customer service
- Reviewing open orders
- Bulk order waving
Qualifications:
- Administrative skills
- Computer literate- WMS and Microsoft highly preferred
- Warehouse experience highly preferred
- Ability to work early shift
