About the Job
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Grants Coordinator to support its grant management processes. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, submission, and administration of grants while ensuring compliance with funding requirements. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and research of potential grant opportunities that align with organizational goals.
- Prepare and compile grant proposals, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain an organized database of grant applications, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for grant submissions.
- Monitor and track grant expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in audits related to grants.
- Communicate with grantors and funders to provide updates and address any inquiries.
- Stay current on grant policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Support the development and implementation of grant management processes and best practices.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the grants team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in grant writing, administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and grant management software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
