About the Job
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Legal Department in daily operations. This role will involve handling scheduling, task tracking, planning, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the GC to ensure efficient operation of the department, and when capacity allows, offer similar support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
- Track and organize tasks, follow-ups, and departmental projects.
- Assist with planning, preparing materials, and communicating with team members.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in administrative or executive support.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
