+ Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. More details upon interview.


+ Requirement: Previous administrative experience is preferred.


+ Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00

Job Summary



Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Northeast Division team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative roles and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This individual will handle various administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations within the department.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



+ Provide general administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.


+ Prepare and edit documents and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


+ Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analyses.


+ Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.


+ Manage communication via email, phone, and other internal channels.


+ Manage inventory and order office supplies to ensure the office is fully stock and operational.






Qualifications:



+ Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.


+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.


+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


+ Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
