Pleasant View Nursing Center located at 475 Washington St., Metter, GA is hiring a Admission Coordinator to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.
JOB SUMMARY:
As the Assistant Admissions Coordinator, this position will manage the admission process through oversight of
the Administrator.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The Assistant Admissions Coordinator is responsible to assist in growth revenue through inquiry,
referral, and admissionprocesses.
• Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth patient transition to the facility, overseeing the timely and
accurate completion of admission agreements and welcome packets, accurate communication to
the clinical team and other department heads
• Internal backup sales/admission team on inquiries, tours and closing skills and customer-oriented
completion of the Admissions Agreement and Welcome packet
• Product, Service and Benefit Knowledge: must understand and be able to explain products, services
and benefits offered by facility to referral sources, potential residents family members and other
inquirers
• To able to understand financial eligibility to a referral source, potential referral or a family member
• Screen potential referrals utilizing the clinical and financial grids
• Ensure PASSR is updated upon admission
• Reviews list of unoccupied beds and make preadmission reservations according to the type of case
and accommodations required daily and unnecessary
• Input demographic, financial and waitlist information into CRM software in Point Click Care for
referrals
• Other duties asassigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• Must possess a High School diploma
Experience
• Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Admissions: 1 year (Preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

• The ideal candidate will have problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Will possess the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
