- Conducts admissions counseling and tours with potential patients' and their family
- Assists in guiding the marketing program for the nursing center
- Ensures that patients and their family receive the highest quality of service
- Meets with patient and their families on day of admission to welcome and to ensure a positive admission experience
- Documents, assesses and follows-up on inquiries; responds to referrerals

COVID Vaccination Required
Minimum 2+ years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.
Previous health care community relations experience.
Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
Ability to work flexible hours, as admission/marketing responsibilities may dictate.
