This position is an inside sales role with an online technology service company that teams with colleges and universities in North Carolina to provide enrollment marketing, application management, and retention services, typically to adult learners. The Admissions Representative will discover the needs and concerns of prospective students, find the right program fit for them, and provide support as they help facilitate the admissions process.
Qualifications:
- North Carolina residents only.
- Prefer previous online college admissions experience.
- Previous success in consultative sales.
- Outbound call center sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing sales.
- Previous sales performance metrics will be required.
- Friendly, high-energy, and approachable personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate a high volume of outbound communication with prospective students.
- Communicate and cultivate relationships with new leads.
- Determine the best educational program per individual.
- Advise students throughout the entire enrollment process.
- Achieve individual and team targets and goals.
