Adobe AEM Lead Developer

Job Description:
This hands-on role will work within a dynamic, collaborative, team-oriented environment, to lead a group of highly skilled front-end developers to design and implement high-quality components and solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. The role requires both broad and deep technical knowledge and the ability to develop AEM solutions by working in lock step with architects, engineers, business and technical analysts, developer and testers to implement creative solutions that leverage the capabilities of the platform, support reusability and scalability and drive a consistent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading the front-end technical design, development, code reviews for Adobe Experience Manager Sites, and Forms) solutions
• Hands-on coding of reusable AEM components using modern front-end technologies including: Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, SAAS, etc.
• Leading FED developers, onshore and offshore
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team on software development best practices using clean code, solid architecture and craftsmanship
• Working with business and technical analysts to translate creative designs into functional requirements and technical designs
• Integrating RESTful APIs and third-party systems as part of the overall architecture
• Maintaining a modular and reusable component library and standards for new creative designs
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of Experience in full cycle FED implementations
• 5+ years of front-end development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, SAAS, HTML, CSS.
• 3+ years of experience writing Unit tests leveraging the Jest framework
• Experience with build automation using Maven and Maven release process
Preferred Skills:
• 3+ years executing projects using Agile Methodologies and tooling such as Rally/Jira
• Hands-on development experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Client Libraries, and the Style System
• Expert in front end integrations with REST APIs
• Expertise in unit testing leveraging the Jest framework
• Experience creating email compatible markup
• Expertise with secure coding best practices
• Experience with tools like Rally, JIRA etc.
• AEM Certifications
