Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and supervising the nursing staff
- Oversee patient care to ensure it meets high-quality standards
- Implement and monitor nursing policies and procedures
- Provide direct nursing care as needed
- Assist in staff training and development
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
- Conduct regular audits to ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in AL
- Proven experience in a supervisory nursing role
- Strong understanding of nursing practices and healthcare regulations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
