ADON Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our dynamic Director of Nursing to manage nursing operations and ensure a high standard of care.

   

• Supervise and support our fantastic nursing staff, ensuring they feel empowered and appreciated.

   

• Contribute to developing creative and individualized care plans that make every resident feel special.

   

• Be a mentor and provide exciting training opportunities that help our team grow and shine!

   

• Monitor health outcomes and work with interdisciplinary teams to bring smiles to our residents’ faces.

   

• Participate in fun quality improvement initiatives and lively staff meetings that foster teamwork and camaraderie.

ADON Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Kentucky.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Previous experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a long-term care setting.
