Service Provided:

• Oversees all implementation activities for client implementations ensuring client needs are satisfied through providing specific deliverables, delivering project on schedule and within budgetwhile following ADP methodology and using PMP best practices and management.
• Identifies any risks to the project and create/execute mitigations plans to reduce or eliminate risks.
