Position Overview:
Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add an ADP NextGen Strategy Consultant to our team of consultants under our HCM Practice .
This person should have ADP NextGen experience to understand the NextGen structure, capabilities, and requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall strategy for implementation of ADP NextGen Global HCM/Payroll
- Help define Enterprise Structure
- Make NextGen analysis and design decisions that will accomodate the HR and Data needs of the global organization
- Utilize NextGen experience to drive structure, capabilities and requirements for global organization, and collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts who may provide regional expertise where needed
- Drive identification of risk, dependencies, and mitigation plans at the overall program planning / progress level in collaboration with the ADP implementation team(s) and key Client stakeholders
- Advise Client on best fit future-state processes, in collaboration with the ADP implementation team(s), as applicable;
