+ Handles telephone calls, prioritizes/re-directs mail, makes copies, and files.
+ May make routine travel, meeting, and conference arrangements.
+ Shipping and receiving packages, maintains and operates office equipment and may order office supplies.
+ Gathers information and coordinates flow of information.
+ Composes, transcribes, prepares, and proofreads routine or confidential documents.
+ Creates Purchase Requisitions.
+ Coordinates invoice processing.
+ Gathers, inputs, generates, reviews and/or analyzes data.
+ Creates/Runs reports/presentations.
+ Timekeeping and scheduling support.
+ Interfaces with other area personnel and/or external contacts to solve problems, gather information and coordinate flow of information.
+ Maintains a professional attitude and work ethic in the workplace, focusing on improving quality and knowledge of work, commitment to Company policies and procedures, decision-making abilities and creativity.
+ Assists in the coordination and completion of special projects and/or events as appropriate.
+ Performs other duties as needed.
