Summary: Seeking an Advanced Composite Technician II to manufacture composite aircraft parts, ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications and safety regulations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Two (2) years related composite experience.
Ability to work with composite resins and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a 6" scale.
Basic computer skills.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in using precision measuring devices such as a 6" scale, 1" micrometer, and 6" dial caliper.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture various composite aircraft parts in a team-oriented environment.
Meet the requirements of Manufacturing Competencies as per Employee Effectiveness Review.
Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations.
Ensure defect-free assembly prior to inspection.
Maintain logs and records such as MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI.
Maintain a neat work area and comply with FOD and 5S programs as well as all safety regulations.
Support Lean activities.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
