Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator
Scottsdale, AZ
Contract Position
This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission
critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of
creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for
Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy,
Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working
with our military.

Responsibilities:
- Perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature
ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly
operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and
subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and
cables.
- Perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research,
production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting
moderately complex schematics and drawings.
- Follow more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations
in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and
cable harnessing on subassemblies and units.
- Build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or
systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more
complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of
relevant experience.
- Ability to perform more advanced loading and configuring of
customer/standard software on customer device
- Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data
into the applicable work order management system
- Solid computer, communication and time management skills
- Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math
- Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift
- Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours per day while running
certain equipment
- Capability to perform tasks and identify issues within
high-reliability manufacturing requirements
- Able to work in team environment
- Provides process documentation and optimization feedback to
engineering.
- Wire and ribbon bonding utilizing various H&M automatic bonding
machines.
- Automated fluid dispense
- Automated MRSI pick and place machines for substrate attach
(duroid/ceramic) and component attach (MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes
and resistors)
- Lamination presses, sheet epoxies and bagged curing experience is a
plus
- Soldering skills, clean room procedures, and mechanical assembly
experience is a plus
