CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Mid-Level Linux Developer

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Linux Developer for Tactical Control Systems, you’ll be a member a cross functional team responsible for upgrading maintaining submarine combat system operating system architecture to support our continued commitment of providing the US and Royal Australian Navies the highest quality software.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: 9+ years work-related experience or a BS in Computer Science or similar discipline +4 years’ experience developing in a Linux environment, advanced level bash and Python scripting, experience working in an Agile development environment, experience working on or developing virtual machines and/or working within Kubernetes.

- Certification in Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Certification in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)
- Knowledge or experience with Agile Development
