About the Job
As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business. You will report to our Field Service Manager. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service. This is a travel intensive role and up to 100% travel can be expected.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
+ Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our IA solutions
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
+ Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
+ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies Particularly with Allen Bradley PLC including PLC5, SLC500, Compact and Control Logix, HMIs and VFDs
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, encompassing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of conveyor, palletizing and robotics
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Experience in project management and execution
+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
