Key Responsibilities:





+ Perform system level evaluations and debug activities related to enterprise level battery energy storage systems. Work with the larger development (software, firmware, mechanical) team to implement changes required.



+ Plan and execute project subtasks (designing, testing, etc.)



+ Assist in product and process design and review



+ Guide engineers, technicians and associates to ensure project and product quality and performance



+ Consult with vendors and suppliers to ensure product and project quality and performance



+ Establish and follow industry best practices for new and existing designs



+ Identify opportunities and propose technical improvements by applying advanced electrical engineering knowledge and principles



+ Contribute to internal design reviews to ensure adherence to the Honeywell design process and methodology.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.


Minimum Qualifications:





+ BS in Electrical Engineering or related field



+ 7+ years of experience in Power Electronics and/or Power Conversion systems



+ Experience in Power Grid Systems and Inverter/Power Conversion Systems



+ 5+ years of experience in Analog and Digital electronic circuit/system design and related fields



+ Hands on experience with Lithium Battery Energy Storage Systems (>500 kWh)



+ Hands on experience with power supply design, analysis, and simulation



+ Familiarity with regulatory agency requirements and documentation



+ Hands on experience with electronics lab test equipment



+ Understanding of technical requirements and documentation
