Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Talascend

Talascend is currently seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for a contract opportunity in Urbana, Ohio

SUMMARY:

Looking for an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer who is a self-starter, self-motivated team player with the ability to think outside of the box to solve complex problems in a fast paced Aerospace environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read and interpret part drawings and aviation related specifications.
Must be able to read, understand and create manufacturing work instructions.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Projects, Visio and Outlook.
Must be able to Identify failure modes and determine RCCA.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must have the ability to use calipers, micrometers, height gage and feature checking
