Advanced Practice Provider - Nephrology with Indiana University Health - Indiana University Health

Join our collegial, professional and compassionate nephrology team at Indiana University Health. We are seeking a patient-focused Advanced Practice Provider within Nephrology to provide much needed specialized care to our patients suffering from a plethora of kidney-related ailments.

Position Details: 

• Work-life balance with standard schedule and shared call coverage amongst the entire nephrology team 
• Inpatient rounding at IU Health North or West Hospital  
• Outpatient CKD Clinic- West 5-6 half day clinic every other week alternating with inpatient rounding at RHI 
• Dialysis rounding 
• Dialysis and clinic outreach in outlying, suburban communities
• Faculty appointment with the Indiana University School of Medicine with expectation to educate and supervise residents and fellows, with research opportunities available if desired

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a FNP, ACNP, AGNP or PA 
• Nephrology or ICU experience preferred 
• New graduates or experienced APP's are encouraged to apply
