Responsibilities

Ascension St. Vincent is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine APP to join our team at our well established primary care office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our primary care team provides personalized, compassionate care for acute care, chronic disease management as well as primary care needs.

• M-F Office Hours
• Call Schedule:
  • Evening call rotates among in office providers
  • 1 weekend every 12 weeks
  • Average 1 Holiday weekend per year
• Very supportive provider and office staff

Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
  • Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the National Certification Corporation (NCC) obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Valid state license required specific to the state in which the associate works.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
