The main duties include:
- Receive client dispatch calls reviewing operational needs with personnel lists to ensure personnel are dispatched and scheduled according to skillset needed and client requirements; contact personnel and relay client and site information to them to ensure they are confirmed and ready to work per the client’s requirements.
- Coordinate all client requested dispatch assignments working with all departments ensuring personnel have vehicle, equipment, meet safety requirements, meet operator qualification requirements, and are given instruction to be on site ready for required start time
- Document and track all personnel assignments through the Company mandated tool to ensure visibility and accuracy of scheduling.
- Manage personnel lists including out of work union list ensuring the company has the most accurate available personnel listing.
- Coordinate with managers and other personnel to source new staff as needed; this includes following the new hire process.
- Contact for local clients; assisting and supporting their inquiries and maintaining communication with them to ensure all their needs and service levels are met. Follow up with clients on outstanding PO’s and work requests.
- Assist Directors with forecasting based on client upcoming scheduled work and follow up on estimates.
- Provide direction and guidance to clients and field technicians for any technical questions and/or the correct application of NDT methods based on client inquiry.

Education and Work Experience:- Minimum of 5+ years NDT field experience in UT, and MT methods required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of pipeline integrity field experience required.
- Phased Array, TOFD, laser scanning experience preferred.
- Experience in dealing with client requests and resource scheduling required.
- Experience with Union workforce preferred.
- Experience with Operator Qualification such as NCCER and Veriforce preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) in a related business course, preferred
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- SNT-TC-1A UT and MT level 2 Required.
