JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Advancement is responsible for leading and implementing strategies that promote enrollment growth and foster long-term relationships within the community. This role oversees the admissions process, develops marketing campaigns, and engages stakeholders to increase awareness and support of the Rock Academy's mission. The Director reports directly to the Head of Schools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee student admissions, creating strategies to foster school growth.
- Ensure that the process from inquiry to enrollment is professional, efficient, and drives growth.
- Design admissions events, tours, shadow days, etc. to highlight the Rock Academy.
- Direct the school's marketing strategies for recruitment of new families including on social media platforms and other advertising means.
- Develop retention strategies to maintain current families.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in admissions, school marketing, or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, preferable in marketing or business.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Committed Christian who is actively involved in a local church and growing in their faith.
- Demonstrate Christ-centered behavior at all times by treating people with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity.
- Utilize the principles of Matthew 18 and Ephesians 4:15 to resolve differences of opinion with others.
- Successful completion of a thorough pre-employment references and background checks, which includes: social security verification, Local, State & Federal criminal conviction records search, national security database, and sex offender registry.
- Signed acknowledgment to support Rock Church & Academy Statement of Faith and Beliefs.
- Ability to interpret and adhere to the Rock's policies, procedures and employee handbook.
- Be self-motivated and goal oriented, use good judgment, and be flexible and innovative.
- Professional attitude and demeanor.
- CPR and First Aid Certifications obtained within 10 days of employment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
