AEM Developer - Innova Solutions, Inc

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a AEM Developer

Position type: contract
Duration: 6 months
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AEM-based websites, components, templates, and workflows.
• Lead the migration of AEM environments to private cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to configure and optimize AEM deployments in the cloud environment.
• Implement best practices for content management and cloud architecture, with a focus on scalability and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM functionality and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend, frontend, and DevOps, to ensure smooth migration and integration of AEM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and industry standards throughout the migration process.
• Maintain documentation of the migration process, architecture, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an AEM Developer, with proven experience in private cloud migrations.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including Sling, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher.
• Hands-on experience with migrating AEM environments to private cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or proprietary private clouds).
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Ansible).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Certified Expert in AEM.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of microservices and API-based integrations.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 50-55hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
