Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico - Onsite from day 1

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing technical assistance and training on the use of Adobe Workfront software including the setup, configuration, and customization of the software.
- Integrate Adobe Workfront with other Adobe tools like Adobe Assets, Adobe Franklin
- Create Adobe Fusion scenario development for automation
- Design, develop, and maintain workflow processes using Adobe Workfront
- Troubleshoot and resolve any workflow related issues
- Well versed with business workflow automation, workflow management, reporting dashboards, scenario planning, proofing capabilities and goal alignment within Adobe Workfront
- Identifying and resolving issues with the Adobe Workfront software and its integration with other software applications.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive user guides and training materials.
- Consulting with team members and departments to identify business needs and objectives and providing appropriate solutions.
- Evaluating new releases and enhancements of Adobe Workfront software and providing feedback to the team.
- Staying up to date with developments in the Adobe Workfront software and industry trends.
- Contributing ideas and efforts towards internal projects and working as part of a team to find solutions on various problems.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with Adobe Workfront software in a professional environment.
- An in-depth understanding of the capabilities and features of Adobe Work
- Have a good understanding of software engineering practices, SDLC
- Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, QA)
- Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently
- Eager to embrace current and emerging web technologies
Desirable Skills:
- A bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field (or combined with related experience)
- Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Minimum 2-3 years Adobe Workfront software
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines and new challenges
- Experience that would be a plus
- Knowledge of best practices adopted in Industry
