Aerospace Engineer 6 - Entegee

Summary: Seeking an Aerospace Engineer with expertise in regulatory compliance, certification processes, and complex engineering problem solving.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field; 10 years of specific technical discipline experience or 15 years broad engineering experience.

• Thorough understanding of 14 CFR part 25 regulatory compliance requirements under 14 CFR part 21 certification procedures.

• Proficient at determination and application of certification methods of compliance to airworthiness standards.

• Experience managing engineering type design change projects, new/amended STC projects, major repairs and alterations.

• Strong communication and written composition skills for authoring technical documents.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced degree in engineering or related curriculum.

• Experience with EASA processes and CS 25 regulatory requirements.

• Previous experience working with a delegated organization (ODA, DAS, DOA).

Job Responsibilities:

• Select appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to resolve complex engineering issues.

• Consult extensively as a recognized authority within the field.

• Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities balancing technical product, cost, and schedule considerations.

• Review and understand engineering design data to ensure compliance is appropriately shown.

Pay Details: $80.00 to $105.00 per hour
