Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries, with a focus on breast reconstruction and cosmetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement personalized surgical plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care and follow-up to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Stay current with advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote the practice.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Plastic Surgery.
- Specialized training and experience in breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.
- Valid medical license in the state of CA.
- Strong surgical skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
