Aesthetician/Cosmetologist (FT) Eyelash extensions/facials/brows/tanning.
Minks Eyelash Artistry is currently looking to hire a full-time Licensed Aesthetician/Cosmetologist who has a passion for the beauty/eyelash industry. We provide the opportunity and all the training and tools needed to excel and grow in this booming industry. At Minks, we use our own high-quality products that professionals and clients can trust. We provide everything the professional needs, including clients, however, it is always helpful to have your own following. Compensation is hourly + commission + tips and opportunity for growth.

We specialize in:
- Eyelash extensions.
- Lash lifts.
- Brow shaping.
- Waxing.
- Brow laminations.
- Tinting/hybring tint (9 shades) Henna (12 shades).
- Facials/peels/dermal rolling.
- Spray tanning (12 shades).
Our daily goal is to make anyone who walks through our doors feel amazing inside and out. Leaving anything touched better than when we found it. Passion and kindness are our top priorities.
Qualifications:
- Driven, creative individual who has a passion for helping others.
- Must have a cosmetology or aesthetics license.
- We prefer previous experience in the industry but it is not required.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must work well with others and be a team player.
- Willing to accept constructive criticism and embrace challenges.
Compensation is an hourly rate of $12-16 dollars an hour and 10-20% commission on services and 5% product sales. Technicians also make tips ( take home 100% ). On average, our stylists make anywhere from $25-$35 per hour, consistently. (These numbers are based on an average paycheck)
