Job DescriptionIDIQ is seeking a highly successful, energetic, and resourceful Affiliate Account Manager who is comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role will help drive the expansion of existing affiliate accounts. As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships across multiple verticals and establishing strong connections with media partners & publishers to accelerate expansion. The main focus of the Affiliate Account Manager role will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners. - Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of affiliate marketing partnerships ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio.

- Monitoring and managing Affiliate program activity including new Affiliate recruitment.
- Analyzing campaign performance.
- Identifying areas of improvement (creative, promotions, consumer journey, etc.).
- Presenting ways to increase revenue and drive account growth.
- Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships
- Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to grow relationship and enrollment volume.
- Monitoring and analyzing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports - Conversion rates optimization.
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone, and email communication.
- Working with metrics and data presented in a variety of dashboard reports and spreadsheets.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- 2+ years within Affiliate Account Management and Affiliate Marketing
- Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the debt industry and vetting debt and credit report and score leads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Previous online media buying experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
- Established Affiliate relationships
- Understanding of subscription models, trials, and premium products

Additional Information
Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week). This position is a hybrid position with 3 days a week onsite at the Temecula Office.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
